Satin treatment is an excellent multi-layer coating that offers a lower reflection on the surface of the lens, an excellent scratch resistance and an absolute hydrophobic effect (waterproofness), obtained through a oleophobic (grease-repellent) layer, allowing water and dirt to slip on the surface without leaving deposits difficult to remove.
